Shipping and Returns

UK and Ireland shipping

Items for delivery to the UK and Ireland are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Post unless otherwise stated, Next Working day or Recorded Delivery [Signed For] available on request for an additional charge.

Shipping Rates for UK and Ireland

Collect from Store: Free – Items are available for collection 1 hour after placement of order, orders placed after 3pm GMT will be available for collection the next day.

Standard: Free – Normally within 3 – 5 working days of despatch.

Next day: £ 6.50 – Next working day delivery for orders placed before 3pm, orders placed after 3pm or at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

European and World-Wide Shipping

Shipping Items for delivery to europe and worldwide are sent Royal Mail small packet Airmail unless otherwise stated. Recorded Delivery available on request.

Airmail [Europe]: £5.50 – Normally within 5 - 7 working days

Airmail Signed For [Europe]: £8.50 – Normally within 3 - 5 working days

Airmail [World-wide]: £9.50 – Normally within 7 - 14 working days

Airmail Signed For [World-wide]: £14.00 – Normally within 5 - 10 working days

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of the payment clearing (3 -5 days usually if paying by Cheque). We will contact you should an item be Out of Stock or unavailable. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on Back Order or we will refund your transaction.

Some of our items are hand painted, made to order and/or shipped direct from the Artist/Crafts person, this may result in delays to the despatch your order and these items may be shipped seperately to the rest of your order.
